The shallots are moldy
My knowledge of shallots is an onion type bulb with heathy greenery stalks. I would use the bulb and stalks. What shall I do with these?
I ordered for shallots for a recipe for dinner tonight and receive them covered in mold. When I went to the package it says the use by date is 07/18/2023.
This item was rotted when received how do I get a refund?
When opened package and cut them they were both rotten

Mold all over shallots in the package. It's ridiculous that in order to get a refund on this product, under $2.00, which was delivered free locally due to my Walmart account, that I have to bring it back to the store.
Scroll over the super tiny pack plastic container is what you will receive not regular shallots! Very over-priced, the 3 tiny pieces you get barley equal 1 normal shallot, I thought it was garlic at first
They were moldy and soft
My shallots came moldy and green…there's no other way to explain it.
