Purchased for the first time and I'm glad I did. Its really good. Ill definitely keep this on the grocery list.
As an extremely fussy eater I was angry to have missed the chance to cancel the macaroni salad substitution. I was perfectly willing to dump the 16 oz if I didn't like it. I was thrilled that not only is this flavor tasty but possibly the best store-bought mac salad that I've ever had. I order it monthly now and crave it when it's gone. It has a mild sweetness that makes the noodle, red peppers and mayo complement a sandwich perfectly. This month I bought the 32 oz package.
some people complain that it too sweet,but that is the way amish. macaroni salad is supposed to be.
I love this, it is better than the original style. I wish it had a bit more egg in it, but didnt want to not give it 5 stars for that minor complaint.
Normally, the Amish macaroni salad is pretty good. This batch, however, not good at all. Pasta is severely undercooked, and, I checked the sell by date, simply because it has a bitter, super tangy flavor. It is being tossed.
I purchased this 32 oz macaroni salad Amish and the macaroni is not fully cooked. and the flavor did not taste like it normally does. I was disappointed with this item
This macaroni salad used to be so good! For the past month or so, it's been slimy and very sweet tasting. I also can taste onions in it now. Why do people have to change their recipes when they have something good going on? Now I'll never buy it again, at least not for myself, and hope to find the old recipe in another brand, I suppose. It went from 5 ⭐ to 1 ⭐. I can't rate it more than that, because someone completely ruined the once delicious flavor. Bring back old recipe...🙄
I have been ordering this macaroni salad for a long time. It seems the recipe has changed. I taste more onion also. I liked this product because it was different then the others. I will not be ordering this anymore. Only way I will order is to go back to original recipe. This one is not creamy like your other one was. Bad move on your part.
Opened so I didn't get to try it. Lid was broke and seal was opened
Who ever packed groceries put Hot Whole chicken on top of my Amish Marconi Salad which made it like soup.
