i order this cheese cake often it taste better than the cheese cake at the bakery near my appointment

Great cheesecake what you get it
When I opened my front door that's how it was out the bag busted open I didn't eat it had to throw it away
I don't like the substitute was picked for to replace the cheesecake that I ordered. I place the order 2 days in advance very unhappy with the substitute that my order
I am very disappointed, these slices had no taste to them whatsoever, I kept thinking from the first bite that it would get better, but the flavor never improved, even the strawberry swirl was tasteless. I bought 2, so I thought that perhaps the second serving would improve, so I let it sit out to soften up a little, but I was wrong, there was no flavor to them either. A complete waste of money in my opinion.

I was eating my cheesecake when I felt something weird in my mouth. I spit it out and it was a plastic or gel with a hard consistency. I have pictures and videos to prove it. What company provides this because I am definitely taking legal action.
expired on 6/4 picked up order on 6/5. Was told I would need to go back to store to picked up unexpired item. I didn't have time which is reason why I ordered to pick up at 7AM. very disappointing...wish I could have rated zero stars
