i placed my order, nodded to sleep, but within minutes Marrisa was here!! Never had faster delivery!! The bread looks like its had better days but overall I'll take Marissa as my shopper/delivery person any day!
Love all the dollar breads. I like them unsliced because they are very fresh for a few days and then get cubed and buttered and made into delightful bread pudding. ( I toast the cubes in the oven and used melted butter for my recipe) eggs and milk and sugar and raisins. little vanilla ...better than any other and easily tweaked if you add fruit.
Forget going to Subway or Jimmy John's when you can make the best subs right at home with this sesame loaf bread. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Fresh, crispy and filled with sesame seeds. This will be my go to bread now whenever I feel like making a sub. The one I made was with turkey, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers and mayonnaise. Put it in the oven for a little toasting and you have yourself a fantastic meal!
Walmart's freshness guaranteed brand is so good, almost perfect every time.
Lacked the robust flavor I expected. I suspect it just wasn't a good baking day and perhaps it may be better another time
We love Walmart Italian bread with sesame seeds and without. It's always nice and fresh and it's wonderful for toast in the morning or with a bowl of soup. Problem is, half the time there is this huge air hole that develops in the top of the bread. It takes up a good portion of the loaf and therefore leaves very little room for the actual bread! If it weren't for this random problem, I would give this bread five stars. Considering it happens probably 50% of the time that I order this bread, I can't give it more than three stars.
Got this as a substitute. It's awful but I don't have time to go back to Walmart so it will have to do. It has way too many seasame seeds. No bread needs this many. It has a nutty flavor.
straight into the trash! why substitute NON-sesame bread with this garbage???
You make the bread in your store. How do you not have any for an order sent early last evening with a 9 am delivery??
there were many other options that wouldn'thave involved sesame seeds. poor choice
