The tape definitely holds up for a long time, but it definitely should be said that there should be caution when taking off the tape. I did end up with some bruises when taking it off.
It might be application error, will try again, but just the ends of the tape seemed to not want to stick after only a small amount of time since it's supposed to last a few days. I did notice a difference while wearing it and walking around for a while which was really nice. It seemed to pull at my skin a bit and got annoying so I ended up removing after only a day or so of wearing. Removing the tape was not pleasant. I may need to try a different method, but removal was not very easy.
it definitely helps to relieve some pressure and weight of the belly but tape made me very itchy and red even if i didnt leave it on for a long time. i read comments and some left it on for 3 days and i wasnt planning to leave it on for that long. just put it on for about 5 hours and took it off because i couldnt stand the itchiness i felt and it was already red so i can image for 3 days. anyway i dont recommend
I bought this to help support my bump while I worked. There is no warning on the box that this product contains latex adhesive. I am allergic to latex and wish I had known about this prior to purchasing the product. It probably would work great if I had no allergy, however, that's not the case. Instead, I am left with chemical burns and now have marking on my stomach in the squiggly pattern that was on the tape. I'm extremely displeased by this result and by the lack of labeling.
Do not buy this! Wife got chemical burns the first day of use. She used tummy tape with no problem and could leave it on for days at a time. It was ichy and had her in tears taking it off. She said it felt like duck tape coming off and that was after we soaked it in water in the shower then put oil on it like they recommend. It would not come off. So on top of the chemical burns it left rashes from pealing her skin off when i removed it.
It burnt my skin so bad and left rashes it sticks pretty ok it likes to peel up tho I just wish I could use it with out getting burns
Not for pregnant skin , sensitive skin! Leaves tape residue and hurts when you remove it, no matter how slowly ! It even ripped my skin off I couldn't believe it! DO NOT GET THIS!!
Wife has been used tummy tape multiple times and left it on for 4 or 5 days at a time with no problem and they came off easy, but we ran out and bought the Frida mom tape to try. First use within 8 hours of putting it on she was in pain so we went to take it off to find chemical burns on her stomach and a rash where the tape was. Not to mention the stuff wouldn't come off. In hot water and soaked in the oil they say to us. I was so painful taking it off my wife was in tears. And the blisters from the chemical burns are very painful as well. Stay far away from this stuff unless you hate your stomach and love pain. I have gotten chemical burns from great value brand band aids so I know that this comes from cheaply manufactured products that use cheaper chemicals to make it more cost effective. This is not where you want to go cheaper.
it gave my wife chemical burns and had her in tears from the adhesive I don't know why they still have this on the market
I bought this three days ago, It sticks to your skin! Not for sensitive hurts and leaves tape residue and it ripped my skin off when I going really slowly to take it off.
