[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Frida mom PERINEAL HEALING FOAM, the main effect it's for cooling pain relief ,its really easy to use, with the amount necessary in one puff its more than enough, and the cooling effect to feel it in the moment the faom touch your skin, the cooling sensation its so good and long last effect, its best if you buy all the products, this its a most for us mom.

Since owning this foam, my pain has been reduced by alot, my swelling has gone down and now its all actually healing! Its super easy to use or apply where needed, without being messy. I really love the cooling sensation it gives, it really does help! Also the fact that there is no chemicals or fragrances is a plus in my book! I wish i had it way sooner its been the best! I will continue to use when needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The body has alot of healing to do after childbirth. This helps with the uncomfortable side effects of healing. So simple to use. The push top button makes for essy application. The foam makes it easy to stay in place, and the cooling feeling helps tremendously. Can be used often which is a huge plus. The lid fits snuggly on top of the bottle so it is easy to take with you if needed. Definitely made recovery more pleasant!!!

I actually can't wait to try it. I have never been let down by FRIDA before, I'm sure she's not starting now. I know I'll need extra loving care being that I am older than when i had my first child. I am confident that FRIDA HEALING FOAM will give me the healing care and comfort I deserve.

Came earlier than expected!!
I was given this after I had my daughter. I had a bad tear and severe hemroids. I'm not sure anything completely helped with either or could have. This was my third tear. I didn't get a cooling sensation, I got a warm feeling which wasn't horrible just a weird feeling. I definitely could tell a difference but it didn't last long. I wouldn't repurchase this myself but I could see how some women might like an alternative to the expensive pads or liquid. Since there's no way to know of it sped up the healing process I can't speak for that.
