I purchased this fridge in August to replace a broken LG fridge. This fridge was affordable, easy to move around the kitchen, and easy to switch the side on which the fridge opens (just need about 20 minutes and an adjustable wrench). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it Tuesday. Bulb quit working Thursday. Wife replaced the bulb. Working for now. I opened the fridge for the first time myself and there was no cover over the light bulb on lower section. Quality control where it was made was lacking.
Bought a new townhouse and this was the fridge that came with the home with builder grade options. Here are a list of the cons: small, no meat drawer (only a veggie and fruit), no ice maker, items on the door shelves fall out because the plastic rails have wide openings at the bottom, extremely noisy, and freezer door doesn't have a great seal so icicles form. Bought this fridge 3+ years ago. Though I have no complaint about its function yet. I have many issue with its interior cheap parts. All three door rails have busted. One broke completely and the other two cracked. We do not really put any heavy stuff in the doors. Mostly plastic containers. It is not our primary frisge but one we added in the garage. It is not frequently opened. Also the rails holding the glass sheets above the drawers completely broke. I had to use plastic weld and add a metal support bar underneath to put the rails back together. It is now much stronger than the cheap light plastic these are made out of. This was our second delivery. First had huge gaps on both door seals. Second one still had some but not as bad and made better using a hair dryer. Super noisy and now way to actually level it. When a different brand becomes available, this one is gone!
