[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven looks great after the install. It replaced a black wall oven. The oven was bought on line and arrived as promised. Checking the box at delivery for external damage none was found. When my installer unboxed the oven a few weeks later it was found to have a large dent on the bottom left corner of the drawer. I contacted the seller and they, in my behalf, contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent me the necessary parts to repair the drawer. Great service and communication from both. It was installed in the same cavity as the old oven so the install was pretty simple with only minor changes to the cabinetry. The gas hook up on this oven is in the bottom back right hand corner and designed to connect down. Our gas supply comes from the attic since we have no basement so I had to elbow it back and up the back side for connection. That added a couple of inches to the overall height of the oven which was taken care of with the lower trim panel which is included. The oven is simple to operate. Haven't used it much yet and haven't used the self cleaning mode yet at all. This is the first self cleaning oven we have ever owned. The broiler is at the top of the oven and done via electric coils. Haven't used that yet either and probably won't. The broiler in our old oven was on the bottom, where the drawer is on this one and we never used it either. Anything that needs broiled gets put into the airfryer. This oven has a fan that vents out from under the control panel. Our old one did not. Some complained at the sound level of the fan but to me its nothing. It can be heard but its just a mellow hush. The lower drawer is a bit flimsy but does accommodate a few items like cookie sheets, muffin pans etc. The oven door has a real nice seal and seems to be of very good quality. The door seals well. This is our first stainless steel appliance and it comes with all the pros and cons of said units. Keeping it clean and finger print free won't be problem as we have no children in the house (all gone). I will be looking for a good stainless steel cleaner to have on hand nevertheless. I choose Frigidaire because of the name brand. They've been around a long time and probably will be around a lot longer. Parts will be easy to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent purchase. Stainless steel wall oven looks and works well. My concern was the trim piece at the bottom. It only comes in one size and it was too wide, if installed I would not be able to open the lower cupboard door beneath the oven drawer. So there remains a gap between the oven and the cupboard beneath it. But, it is barely noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace a old wall oven and chose this Oven. 2.5 hrs later it's in ( had to re route the gas pipe) I am extremely pleased with the oven , the Oven is easy to use , the one drawback is that the broiler part of the oven is electric , but I don't broil that much and probably will not use this feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a wonderful oven. But I was unable to use the lower trim piece as it is too wide. If they made a 2-in trim piece or a 3-in trim piece I could use it. The wider trim piece does not allow me to open the lower cabinet door, so I have not used it. So, there is a gap between the bottom of the wall oven and the top of the cabinet below it.
