The smudge-proof stainless steel Frigidaire Professional FPIC3677RF 36" induction cooktop lets you tackle even the toughest cooking challenges with ease. With induction technology, heat is directly transferred to the cookware, bypassing the cooktop surface. This makes cooking on induction surfaces much faster than on traditional electric and gas cooktops. It's also easier to clean up spills and splatters as you cook. The SpacePro Bridge Element lets you make two separate dishes at once, or even combine elements to create a bigger cooking surface - ideal for larger pots or when using a griddle. The heat adjusts instantly from a powerful boil down to a gentle simmer, which is helpful when making things like, rice, soups, and sauces. This efficient Frigidaire induction cooktop is compatible with most cookware, like cast iron pans and stainless steel, providing reliable performance for years to come.

We've had this cook top installed for a month and it works exactly as hoped. We are still getting used to how quickly induction heats and how hot it can get, but overall, it's such an amazing change switching from traditional electric to this. We'd been warned about how easily dutch ovens can scratch the glass surface and I did purchase teflon burner covers to try to protect it, but even when we haven't used the covers, I haven't noticed scratching. It is a bit noisy when operating, it sounds like fans blowing and can be a little high-pitched, but it's not really that big of a deal to me. I really love this cooktop. He had ours custom painted to match our oven and dishwasher for a 1960's look. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have experimented with a one burner induction cooker for a while, and when our gas stove top had exhausted its useful life, jumped at the chance to switch to an induction cooktop. I really like the spacing to the cooktop and its ability to manage multiple pots and pans. I am very happy with the Frigidare model that we purchased and it fit perfectly in the opening that we had, and with a little adjusting and sawing we were able to keep the drawers under the cooktop. Great value and nice worksaver.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the cooktop to replace a 20-year old radiant electric cooktop. The new cooktop was bought specifically because it knob controls and 18 power levels (plus a power boil). The ceramic glass cooktop is easy to clean. Pans heat up quickly and control is great... especially useful when using a pressure cooker. The stainless steel trim across the front gives a smart look to the kitchen. The cooling fans for the induction power units are not loud enough to be distracting. As of this writing, the cooktop has been in use just over 2 weeks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've adjusted well to induction from gas. We loved our gas cooktop but became concerned with the potential health and environmental impacts of using it. The induction heats up almost instantly, faster than gas. We like the knobs for burner control. Very intuitive compared to to some of the touch controls that are needlessly complex.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're still in the midst of remodeling our kitchen, but, the cooktop has been installed. With the kitchen still incomplete, we can say now that we are pleased with how quickly foods heat and how easily the surface is wiped clean. So far, so good! Looking forward to preparing Thanksgiving dinner with 5 burners!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very pleased with this upgrade to induction cooking. The design is stylish, love having actual knobs to control the elements. The fan hum kicks on anytime you are over medium level heat and while it is a new experience, it is not loud. Just a new experience with induction. Love how responsive the elements for heating and also when you turn off the heat it stops cooking very quickly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had induction in the past so we already had the proper cookware. Our house came with an older GE glass cooktop but cooking was getting slower and slower, over 12 minutes to boil 8qt of water. New induction will do it in 3.5-4 minutes. spills dont burn to the surface and cleanup is a breeze. We wanted something with knobs so as not to deal with fussy temperature selection built into the glass. Packaging was great, instructions were clear and concise and install was straight forward. There is a minor buzz sound due to the induction elements, but noting to be alarmed with. Over all very, very please with our purchase.
I would give this product 6 stars if I could. The installation was easy. The cooktop heats so evenly. I can keep warm, summer, and sear better than on my gas cooktop. I can boil 4 quarts of cold water in less than 2 minutes. The surface is easy to clean and is very durable. I love the fact that this product had knobs instead of those annoying touch screen displays. For the money you would be hard pressed to find a better cooktop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our induction cooktop. It heats food so fast and is so easy to clean. I especially like the knobs to control heat level. Our prior cooktop by a different brand had a touch surface system that was very finicky!
We purchased this product right before the COVID-19 social distancing began so we've been using it constantly while cooking at home. It has made cooking a pleasure. We love the high quality knobs, and they allow precise temperature settings with the digital display. Boils water in 3 minutes and the temperature reduces immediately when turned down. And one of the best features is that it is so much easier to clean than that gas cooktop we replace. Great value for the price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
