Frigidaire has improved greatly from previous models I owned that were not the quality this one is. Although it is running for one month thus far I hope to enjoy it functioning for each summer! Please improve and produce lightweight Energy Efficient models in the future Thank you!

Very Sleek design and easy to install. Lots of features in the smart app such as timers and different settings to have it turn off and on based on location of where you're at. Would recommend this for anybody in a small home or apartment.

Walmart had the btu number I wanted. The AC is a name brand I like have had good luck with them. The price was great less than expected. Arrived before due date in great condition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I straightened the fins with plastic teeth flossing picks to get the best air flow. The WiFi registration did not work so I registered online. We have ac12000 byu window unit in our living room window that seems to work ok.
1 unit come damaged and missing parts. Full video of opening box and damages.
It doesn't really cool. A fan blows just as cool.
After a reasonable 4 or 5 day wait. My unit arrived broken. Now I am going back through the process of returns and getting a new one. A total drag. Perhaps you would benefit from just a little more quality control guys!
