[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the kitchen remodeled from an electric to gas cooktop. This works so nice. I love being able to turn the heat down immediately. Easy to clean. I found baking soda removes grease without scratching the surface.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new home in May of 2020, and within two weeks I went out and purchased a new stove top. As the old one had seen better days. But I didn't get around to installing the new one till December 2020. And I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to switch it out. But I absolutely love it, especially with the 5th burner in the middle. The only thing is that I wish it would have came with a griddle In the middle as well. As it would have been Perfect. I'm hoping I can find one that fits.

ONLY thing I need to call the company and inquire about these little rubber feet under the grates...they fall off all the time I lift it to clean. VERY minimal issue compared to how nice this stove top is :-)

Very easy to control heat and the power boil is so much faster than my previous builder-grade gas cooktop. Has also been so easy to keep clean. It actually feels much bigger than 30'', and I can fit 5 pots if needed. Genius layout. I also love that the knobs are a bit raised. Only improvement would be an indicator light or light under the knobs to show which burners are on.

Although I love how the cooktop cooks, the sealed burners have developed a 'Yellow stain' around them. It's only a few months old. I am unable to get this off and am not certain what cleaning product to use that will not damage the surface. I've tried everything I can think of with no luck. It's only a few months old and looks like it's 20 years old already. I did not have this problem with my last cooktop, which was, in fact, 18 years old.

This cooktop was easy to install and looked good in my kitchen...until I started using it. It has a design flaw at the knobs. A spill can seep into the knob holes and is practically impossible to clean out. Brown spots have started showing up around the burners and they cannot be removed. It appears the finish is turning brown from the heat. The surface also easily gets scratch marks. I am dissatisfied with this unit. It was installed two months ago and it already looks like an old unit. It looks like a cheap, low end appliance. I expected better from a Frigidaire.

The one that came with the unit was broken upon delivery, the second had missing rubber feet which would cause scratches to the unit, the 3rd came broken. This one though wasn't a full piece which means it wasn't broken during shipping but was actually packaged that way! The 4th is arriving today but my hopes aren't high which is about the same that I'm feeling about the unit once we get it installed. Actually considering returning based on these experiences.
