[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our oven/range in a hurry and picked this one, but I would have picked it even if we had more time. It looks great and works even better.
We had this stove delivered about two weeks ago and we love it. They took our old stove out and put in the new one quickly and easily. I noticed while stove heats up very quickly and bakes evenly with the quick bake convection. There is no more waiting for water to boil because it has a quick boil setting. Cleaning the oven was easy too with the 3 cycle different option for self-cleaning. I didn't realize how much I was missing out on until I got the new range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove. Easy to use and clean. I like using the oven light at times to cut down on opening the stove door.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a stove and was so happy I choose the fridgidaire and it matches my fridgidaire microwave … so cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had purchased my electric Frigidaire stove years ago. It's actually a perfect stove and has made cooking and baking enjoyable again. My old stove was 20 years old and the two of the four burners no longer worked and the oven was so hard to clean properly. My new Frigidaire is incredibly easy to use and looks fantastic in my kitchen. I love the glass top stove and the digital readout which is simple to use and clean up is a breeze. I've only owned it for a few weeks but already I've hosted several dinner parties and have been so impressed with how enjoyable it is to bake again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using just over 3 weeks now and love this oven! Cooks great and quickly ! Recommend silicone counter to gap insets and we bought a smooth top cover for when it's not in use and it's not hot! Gives extra protect to the glass and more kitchen work space !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took delivery in September 2022, but due to some electrical issues we didn't get the unit installed until October. We've been using the new range for almost a month. It's a huge change to the old range. The glass top is easy to clean. I just need to remind others it's not light having the old style elements, so be careful to not drag pots and pans across it. The quick boil is great to get that water boiling quickly. The two zone burner is handy when I need to have two large pots on the stove. The two zone does heat up quite a bit even on the low setting, so I usually just use the small zone when simmering. The oven has been easy to use as well. I haven't used the convection for anything but reheating yet. It does a fantastic job of reheating leftover pizza and garlic bread quickly. The regular bake method works well. We haven't used the broil feature yet, mainly because I want to keep as clean as possible for as long as possible. Although I'm excited to try the steam clean feature.
I am not a big fan of the 5th (warmer) burner. Waste of space, not really kept anything warm yet , but just don't see us using it for any reason. We have had a bit of a learning curve, for oven since cooks different, my old stove was a hand me down, and I had it for 17 yrs myself. Love the light can be turned on and not have to open door to see, old habits die hard, we have opened the door 2 of 4 x's used :). What i definitely do not like about this stove, and other mentioned. I decided to after 2 uses to run a self clean, to make sure it worked while under the few days to decide like or hate time frame to return it. I set it for 2 hrs., after 1 hr. i couldn't take it anymore. the smell, the eyes burning in other room. I shut it down, turned heat off, was like 35 outside, and opened the windows to get rid of the smell and irritable eye burn. I'm not exactly sure what the source is, but maybe they out to look into that further, seriously. I never really used the old self cleaning in my previous oven , but i did have a bottom protector in it. This one you can NOT use. So i debated whether this was a deal breaker. I decided, ill try self clean maybe in spring, summer when i can open windows. But that means you can only use it if windows can be opened. Someone else mentioned it there review. I mean you don't really use it maybe, but for the money you spend, it is a thought before buy. Do they all smell and do this? Does anyone know why or what the odor is from? Will it stop eventually? I am hopeful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
After 3 weeks of occasional use stove top has scratches, unidentified Mark's which recommended cleaner does not remove. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I used it for the first time with brand new pans for glass top range and it has tiny white specks around the burner. I pretreated just like the directions suggest and I am not a heavy cooker so it sucks to have scratches after the first use. Very disappointing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
