I use my fijifilm camera in the pool for taking videos of kayak rolls. It's perfect and everyone seems to be impressed with the quality. I can't wait to get it out on Lake Michigan this summer.
I have owned this camera for a year and I love it! My pictures are always what I want if not better. I plan to get another finepix camera soon. I tested all of the other name brands against this camera and the quality of picture is just better. I recommend it to everyone in the market for a digital camera. I think I will always buy fuji finepix.
needed a cam to take some fishing and outdoorsy photos(waterproof) So stumbled onto this and it looked great and is great! videos have no sound and the pic lage of a sec-these are very minor probs. Love the camera case is awesome and it looks cool qualitity is 10x better than a disposable! DEff. recomend!!!!
I bought this camera for my mother who is 60 years old, and does not like changes in technology, because it overwhelms her a bit. This camera made her very happy because it is easy to use. The picture quality was surprisingly great! And she loves the underwater feature....a real plus!
The kids love the camera because the waterproof case makes it cool. The camera takes great pix and the case works both in and out of the water. My only complaint with the camera is that if you don't take a photo within about a minute of turning it on, the display goes off and you can't get it back on without turning off the camera.
The camera takes very good pictures but the case has a limited depth rating of less than 10 feet. Used it, however, at a depth of 20 feet without problem. The plastic case has gotten fogged, probably from suntan lotion, making it difficult to see the image displayed on the LCD screen.
Paid just over a hundred bucks for this combo. Took it kayaking through North Carolina mountains and LOVED it. The quality is impressive for a 4mp camera. Only one minor complaint: Shutter lag is about 1 full second. Over all this is a great deal for the money.
Simple easy digital camera. Has the LCD preview screen and also the "look through with one eye" lens which I like a lot. I've never liked the big digital preview screen in bright sunlight and find myself usually only using the look through lens anyway. It's not easy to find a digital camera that has both. This isn't a luxury digital camera with all the bells and whistles but it's easy to use and takes fine pictures for what I need. And the price is right. I haven't used the underwater housing yet, but I was thrilled that this camera came with it. If you need a simple digital camera that takes decent pictures, you can't go wrong with Fuji.
i have had this camera for almost a year now. and half of the time i cant use it. its ether dead, or when i try and take a picture it shuts off and doesn't take the picture. this is the first digital camera that i have had and i hope to be getting a new one that works a lot better than this one.
This camera is a nice product for what I needed. My sole use was for underwater. The only downfall is I had a hard time seeing what was on the screen. Maybe because it was so sunny. The pictures did turn out wonderful. The only differance to change to another camera is I would like a better zoom. There are not many underwater cameras out there at this point. This one was well worth the money.
