I purchased this in store and have owned it for a week using it daily about 15-20 minutes each time. I love it, I can feel the twisting and my body tightening up, it is a full body workout. It took me a few times to get the hang of it but so easy to do. There is actually a lot more you can do with it than just twisting. A DVD comes with it and has different workouts. Would buy again. I've used this board for the last couple of days. After use my core and legs are sore. The board comes with a DVD that has a lot of different exercises but I haven't done them yet since I'm discovering my balance still. Even if this product just tones up my core I'll be happy.
