Furi Rachael Ray Gusto-grip blades feature a forged bolster and tang which are produced from one single piece of the finest German CrMoV alloy,increasing the strength and overall durability of the knife. The distinctive orange handled is made with a durable synthetic rubber handle that immediately feels comfortable and secure in the hand. These components are strong and will not separate with regular use. Furi Rachael Ray Gusto-grip knives are not made with the similar welding of cast bolster to blade process common to other household knives. There are no rivets or wooden handle pieces that can fall apart over time. Every blade is designed for the ideal combination of sharpness and strength. The new design features introduced by Furi really do make it superior to others (where it counts the most: hygiene, durability, comfort, grip, ease of sharpening and edge retention).
