I wasn’t sure if I would like this because of the strawberry flavor. But to me it taste more orange with a hint of strawberry. It dissolves on the water and doesn’t leave a gritty taste. I’ll drink a bottle on the morning for that extra burst to get me going. This has zero sugar and low calories. It does have extra caffeine in. Would buy this again.
First off you hear and see this Gfuel from everyone who games or who uses it online. I think that its really good if you have a need for the energy. The taste of the Strawberry Lychee is unique and not as strong as I thought it was going to be. I am GLAD they are not super strong flavors, simple to mix and it is easy to use. With all the things I do daily this helped keep my pep up and going throughout my day. I continue to use it for a boost for my body needs!
When I first opened this jar of GFuel Dragon Ball Z energy powder, it smelled as if I had just opened a bowl of fruit. The flavor of this powder is Strawberry Lychee but it is packed full of all kinds of other fruit. It has pineapple, pomegranate and apple fruit powder just to name a few. Pomegranate and pineapple happen to be 2 of my favorites, even more than strawberry so I extremely pleased. Then to offset the subtle flavors, it has sour cherry and lime powder as well. That is just the smell of the fruits so let me tell you, as wonderful as the scent, the taste is just as fantastic. It has just enough tartness to it to not be a bland fruit flavor. It mixes well with cold water and dissolves quickly. I add it to a bottled water and shake for just a few seconds and there’s no powder left undissolved. It’s an energy drink so it has caffeine but not too much. I will drink half of it before a workout and then the other half after I finish up and it gives me just the right amount of energy both before and after. The best part is that it doesn’t have any sugar and it doesn’t have that bad aftertaste you can sometimes get with other sugar free drinks.
I love everything about gfuel it’s the best of the best give it a shot it will not disappoint it helps with so many things you will be in shock how good it is and how good it works
The base taste is pretty good, however when just mixed in water my tastebuds pick up the artificial sweetener rather strong. But if I just chug it and mix in a teaspoon of real sugar, that helps a lot. A scoop of this in a Vanilla or Strawberry protein drink made a pretty good drink as well. A scoop has more caffeine than most cups of coffee so you may want to start out with half a scoop and work your way up if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Reviewing GFUEL Dragon Ball Z Energy Powder. If you’re familiar with GFUEL than you know what’s up, this flavor is Strawberry Lychee. Good flavor that stirs up well and has a nice aftertaste. GFUEL’s main bitter component is caffeine, so you want a good cover and this flavor does it well.
So my son is 17 and has been trying G Fuel flavors. On the whole the powder is delicious and has plenty of great qualities. This one says its strawberry lychee... but to me it tastes like tangerine! Its also orange when mixed so maybe its a mind game. Regardless they are well loved by both my near adult boys.
I am never sure how these types of products are going to taste. Sometimes they are extremely bitter and other times they are decent. This onw falls in the decent taste category. Unfortunately, the caffeine content is far less than what I usually take so it didn't quite have the effect that I was hoping for.
Wow! This energy formula tastes great! It's easy to prepare. I tried it and it did give me an energy boost. However, I didn't realize that due to medication that I take, it caused a serious side effect. Please consult your physician if you're taking medication. Otherwise, for a healthy person it would work well. The product is good. Just be aware.
Today for the first time I’m trying G-Fuel Strawberry Lychee Energy Formula. It comes with a little scoop for measuring the correct amount to add to water. It smells really good and dissolves easily in water, but the taste is unpleasant. It’s bitter and left an aftertaste. It may work better added to a protein or fruit smoothie, but I can’t see myself looking forward to using this product again in any capacity. The good thing about this product maybe that it’s only 15 calories per serving and is low in carbohydrates. If taste is not a determining factor for you then you may find G-Fuel beneficial to your daily routine.
