I started with this supplement and already felt the difference: more energy and motivation. It helps me despite of sleepless nights because of breastfeeding my child. And in general I love this trademark, they have good quality herbs as ingredients.
I started taking these on recommendation from my functional health practitioner, I've always been a bit sceptical about how effective supplements actually are, but after 2 weeks I already can feel the benefit. The ingredients are of high quality and the dosage of two capsules is easily manageable, the size is good, they are not too large like some! Taste wise - I try to hold them in my mouth as short a time as possible, they don't taste great, but I just swallow them quickly.
I've been using this supplement for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. This is great for acute stress resistance. Just take it in the morning and after a few days to a week you should feel more able to cope with work and personal issues with no burnout from adrenal exhaustion. Probably best taken short term. Ingredients are high quality and properly extracted. Capsule size is very easy to swallow.
