Okay, if you're overweight or hit a plateau, you've probably heard about hormone balance. It's because of those reasons that I decided to give it a try (please note, always speak with a doctor, and a healthy diet like fresh veggies and fruits, and exercise also help), just to do...something. I feel great. The quality is amazing. I also have noticed, being a chronic migraine individual (yeah I'm that reviewer), that period headaches have lessened in intensity or aren't there at all most days during the monthly flow period (the week before pain, the during pain, and after pain... ya know). I take it daily or every other day with other tinctures in my water. Now if it helps with managing hormones for weight, I don't know yet, it hasn't been long enough to notice, but I can say for reference, I haven't gained any weight. Give this a try for, if anything, as your daily women's "vitamin."
This herb, specifically the tincture form has resolved my perimenopause symptoms that started recently in my mid-forties including irregular and heavy prolonged menstrual cycles. It can take some time to start working- for me it took about a month or so to start seeing results. I take it each morning, and may skip a day, and stop taking it when I'm menstruating. In my experience, Gaia seems to be the most effective. I highly recommend it!
