Great product. Give lots of benefit. I usually feel cold, especially in my palms and feet since I have iron deficiency. The cold symptoms gradually disappeared after taking this supplement for couples of days. High quality organic plants ingredients that contain easy to absorb iron and minerals. Taste great too.
After 3 months of drinking this with Swanson multi with iron i finally got my ferittin to go up from 3 to 11. I am super happy i found my combination, that do not make me dizzy, nauseous or constipated after taking normal iron pills. But do check your vitamin D with your bloodwork, as mine is a bit low and that hampers iron absorption too.
I was surprised at how good this iron liquid tastes. I use it because I don't eat much meat and so try to supplement with more iron. I take it once per day and I know when I haven't been taking my iron because I start to feel sluggish. This instantly helps with that. I also love that its a liquid because it can be too much to take capsules all the time. Plus, I find liquids to be faster acting in the body. The ingredients are wonderfully natural (as I have come to expect from Gaia) and the quality of their products really cannot be beat. I really like the products this company produces.
The only iron supplement I'll take. A year ago there was a manufacture shortage, and I could not find a replacement liquid iron that compared in taste. I love the natural ingredients (and appreciate it doesn't contain B-vitamins, which I've heard can lead to acne breakouts. Most iron supplements do).
I've been taking it daily and it's really helped my body feel refreshed. Whatever its doing its working. I also feel the iron in this is more effective than other forms and the prescription ones. It also is given without nasty toxic ingredients added but actually liver and immune supporting ingredients. There isn't nothing in this product that isn't thought through on how it can support Iron being absorbed and ingredients for other parts of the body when Iron is deficient.
This has been the only iron my stomach can handle, there is no weird gastro issues. I have taken this before and it has proved to work, this is my third bottle. The flavor is not bad at all, I actually think it tastes good. when your first try it you might taste a little metallic but I don't even notice that anymore. Also, love the package, the bottle is nice and dark and heavy glass.
This liquid iron is really the best, it has substantially improved my bloodwork and I no longer suffer from the extreme hair loss I was previously experiencing. The ingredients are good making the product worth the price, it doesn't last very long however even when using recommended dose.
If you are vegetarian or vegan this Iron will change the story. Make my body warm and energized. Highly recommended I take one in the morning and another one in the evening
Best liquid iron with good results. Taste is not great but not terrible. Other liquid iron tasted more metallic so taste here is acceptable. Liquid iron just isn't delicious. Results seemed very quick. Went from lethargic to improved in a week. Maybe I should give 5 stars. Eat something first or its hard on tummy.
I have suffered from iron-deficiency anemia and regular in-take of iron supplement would help maintain my daily functioning at work. Having taken iron tablets with ferrous fumarate caused side effects like stomach upset. So I have tried to mix and match with options of plant-based iron supplements. Feeling good with this one so far!
