I am delighted to have discovered this natural remedy, Gaia Reflux Relief. I use it in the evenings or at night when I feel those tiny bubbles coming up my throat. Gaia tablets work wonders within an hour! If the symptoms are milder, I sometimes take only half a tablet or even less. It's an excellent product! I will definitely buy it again.
Best product for reflux. I recommended it to a friend who has been suffering for years of intense daily reflux and now doing much better and has no need to take something daily.
These have been a life saver for me. I have just taken myself off Prilosec, because it was interferring with mineral absorption. I had tried other supplements, but found the capsules too large to comfortably swallow. These are chewable. Thanks for making a great product!!

these do work, but not for heavy acid. however, they have really good ingredients which are natural, so often take these instead of having heavier medication where needed.
This is the best product I've tried -- and I've tried many. I prefer a natural product that doesn't cause other problems or side effects. This is it. I find that other over-the-counter antacids cause other problems for me, but this has no side effects and it works quickly to give me much relief. I always want to keep Gaia Reflux Relief on hand.

I find that these work better than the chewable tums,/rolaids, or the generic store brand liquid anacid. I've only used those alternatives listed above, so I do not know how they compare to anything else (prescription etc.)
My husband has recently developed severe tummy issues (extreme bloating that wouldn't pass for hours, reflux, etc) and it is affecting the quality of his (our!) life. He got diagnosed with acute gastritis and has to make dietary changes, but in the process of trial and error with foods he can/cants tolerate, these tablets have helped his reflux problem the most.
