I definitely noticed less bloat and gas the first week of using. I also like the combination with immune health, definitely a plus. Seems to contain all the necessary probiotics my body needs.

Also like the 11 mg of zinc from brown rice for immune care all year round. It's a once a day easy to swallow capsule with a months supply in each bottle. I'm a believer in preventive immune support instead of reacting after I feel bad. So far I'm happy with the results.

I've tried most of the different GOL probiotics and have been taking their women's one every day for years. I was excited to see this new one offered because recent bloodwork showed my zinc levels were low, so I can get some extra zinc and vitamin D, boost my immune system, and support my gut health all in one pill. This one small capsule has multiple different Bifido and Lacto probiotic strains, and it lists out the full strain information, which is a sign of a high quality supplement. I've only been taking this particular blend for a couple weeks, but it's doing a good job of keeping me regular and not bloated feeling. You really can't go wrong with any of the GOL products!

I have such a hard time taking zinc but must say after using this probiotic for 2 weeks I've had absolutely no problems, actually it has been very beneficial as it is helping during this time of the year when everyone tends to get sick, keeps me regulated as well as healthy. I have to say I like the easy open bottle as well, with the convenient flip top bottle! Garden of Life does it again, delivers a great product with a high potency probiotic including zinc!

I've tried everything and nothing seemed to work as I will still get bloated every night. I oftentimes get stomach pains. Thankfully, these capsules help with a proper diet. My stomach issues are not as bad as before, and that's why I want to continue using this.

I even take it on an empty stomach with no issues. I love that these probiotics include immune support especially since digestive health is connected to immune health. The best part is that it includes postbiotics as well. I haven't noticed huge changes in my gut health but I've always taken probiotics. I do have regular bowel movements with no issues though. Highly recommend giving these a try.
These probiotics work nice to aid with digestion and elimination. I take one daily and the bloat and discomfort has been reduced.
The price and free shipping of this products was unbeatable when I purchased. Overall, I know this brand is decent quality. I knocked off a star because it wasnt packaged for shipping well. The two bottles I purchased arrived in beaten up because it wasnt wrapped in bubble wrap- just the plastic shipping bag. Thankfully, the actual bottle wasnt damaged or I would have needed to return.

Even though I eat healthy, I am lactose intolerant and struggle with my gut and digestive system. Taking 1 capsule over the last week, has helped me become regular with my bowel movements and relieved my discomfort. I also love that this supplement contains 100% daily value of vitamin D and zinc which supports my daily immune system.
