I was originally directed to this product by a doctor who had personally reviewed a number of nutritional drinks. Aside from great ingredients, wonderful taste and minimal calories, Perfect Food RAW is superior to other products because the vegetables used to produce it are dehydrated at low temperatures, ensuring that enzymes and other vital nutrients are still active. There are days when I feel that this product is the only thing that keeps me going. I swear by it.
I have been using these super greens for 72 days now, along with trying to eat right. I am totally pleased with it. My nails have been growing and, my hair is healthier, I'm feeling good all around. I don't know how much of if is because of this, but I definitely attribute a large part to the super greens. I certainly love them. I would recommend to to anyone.
Garden of Life makes this green powder with the true Chocolate Cacoa. Love that I am getting supplements that are food based. I find I benefit from the probiotics in this form, I believe with the micro-nutrients the flora absorbs better. I've been taking this powder with a little extra stevia and unsweetened dark chocolate powder in water for years. I like the powder form because I can determine how much of a scoop I need daily as I take it with other vitamin supplements.
This product is the BEST I've ever tried, and I've tried them ALL, including those only available to professionals. This product has made a huge difference in my life as well as my daughters life. Each of us have one 16 oz smoothie/shake each morning by using 32 oz. cold water, one cup organic frozen berries, 5 scoops raw organic super food, one TBSP organic almond butter. Vitamix it on high for 30 seconds. Done! Thank you for your products!!

I have been a Garden of Life consumer for years. The Raw Organic Chocolate Perfect Food is very good in flavor. I eat mostly vegan for a number of health reasons. And this helps me to get my daily requirements. I suggest the chocolate flavor. I have not had the other options for the Raw Organic Perfect Food.
When I saw that garden of life was offering the green super food in a chocolate flavor I hopped on that right away. It truly is what they say, chocolate. It is very sweet almost too sweet. But I mix it with the protein bone powder, also turmeric powder. That helps to take the strong taste of the turmeric away. Another way I use the chocolate flavored garden of life green super food is putting it with my protein mix in the blender. It could be a little less intense, not so sweet, and I would like it better. But knowing I get my greens makes it a good thing. Thank you for caring.
I always have this green around me all the time whether I am at home, at work or travelling. For chocolate lovers like myself, the raw cacao greatly enhances its taste but most importantly I get an enhanced overall wellbeing after consuming a scoop in 8 oz. of water. If I feel I am close to catching a cold or I ate a food that does not agree with me, I always take this green. What iij noticed is that when I consistently consume a scoop in 8oz of water daily, I feel great all the time. If I am very hungry and I consume it before my meals. I tend to eat better and not over indulge or simply not feel hungry at all. All in all., it is effective in aiding digestion , as a cleanser,, a detox. an addition of greens to one's diet and keeps the blood sugar on an even keel.. I cannot do without it!!
