For me, this product was excellent. Being in my 70's, my digestive system tends to be a little erratic. I gradually worked up to taking two of these pills with each meal and I no longer have bowel issues.
This product works great. I had terrible intestinal discomfort. Two weeks and I felt 100% better. My energy improved too.

Works perfect for my belly health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has had a long-lasting issue with his stomach. The doctor prescribed pill after pill and it was helping only temporarily. So hubby recently started taking Raw Probiotics for Men and the improvement was noticeable after the first couple of days. Now, he got normal bowel movements, less bloating, and less related pain. One of the important things about this probiotic is that its breaks down lactose and casein and that makes life so much easier for our family. Note that the size of the capsules is kind of big. These probiotics do not require refrigeration unless the temperature in your house is more than 71F which is very convenient. Overall I am very pleased with the result.

Garden of Life makes expensive stuff but it really is the best, no upset stomach from the multi vitamins or these, all can be taken on an empty stomach. the multi-vitamin in particular seems to make me feel better, and these make my stomach feel good too. Usually pill form vitamins make me quite ill , but not these.
Since, this is our first time we need to finished the bottles to see the differences.

I can't tell you how effective it is yet as I just started taking them but I think it's already helped my digestion. The pills are big but easily swallowed. There is dairy in them and some fruit and other things.
Should have come with ice pack, USPS delivery not preferred.
