The flavor is good. No Sugar added. I love I can get vitamin and D together in a single gummy. The dosage is perfect as Dr. Berg recommends.

One of the good taste Vd gummies amongst the market. No sugar is a big big advantage. Although it is easy to take like a yummy treat, I am still observing how it works on my immune level and overall health.
So easy to take this yummy suppliment along with my calcium and magnesium. Vitamin D3 and K2, are said to help improve calcium absortion. Garden of Life products are high quality as well.
I got these for my mother who needed a vitamin D supplement, but also has health problems with dietary restrictions. Nice gummies that contain a good amount of vitamin D combined with vitamin K that highly increases bioavailability. Bit pricey but worth it, good flavor's an added plus!
