This is my favorite calcium supplement. Capsules that are easy to swallow instead of large pills that I can't get down! I only take 1 (sometimes 2) each day to supplement my dietary calcium intake which I believe is the best source of calcium. I eat whole food, plant-based (WFPB aka 'healthy vegan'), so I get most of my calcium from green leafy vegetables, beans, tofu, and other plant foods. I tried a different well-know name brand of a supposedly 'natural' calcium supplement only to discover it had sugar added to it!!! Never again...I'm sticking with Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw Calcium.
This is not my first time to purchase, but I can tell the difference when I do not take these - and can tell the difference when I do. Good product. - Directions say to take 2 in the morning + 2 at lunch - but I forget sometimes and take 1 or 2 before bed (without food) and it never bothered me.
I trust this supplement, but since it was unavailable from my usual vendor, I chose to buy it from this vendor.
