Ordered Garlic, received garlic, overall pleased. 10/10 would order garlic again.
first purchase of garlic. I was very pleased. The bulbs were very large. it had roots!! Roots are indicative of American garlic. other garlics have a dugout area where the roots used to be. That also means that they've been exposed to chemicals. Buy American!
I ALWAYS get either rotten or moldy fruit or vegetables and sometimes the bread is out of date. This should be corrected, otherwise this os a wonderful service.
I was just lookig at the three large cloves if garlic I received- exited to cook with them. They look lovely and I thought to myself “I'll never buy the 3 pack spice world prepackaged garlic again .” As I went to grab the first clove out of the bag- my thumb pierced into the dry, crunchy, rotten, moldy flesh- crumbling and sending mold spores flying around the kitchen. I'll give 3 stars because two out of three is not bad, and what I've come to expect from most grocery pickup services
I guess there weren't any good ones left. It looked old and brownish color. It wasn't as flavorful or aromatic when cooking with it.
Produce is hit or miss here.. rotten garlic from today’s pickup order. I could tell before I even peel back the skin because it was indented and squishy. Poor quality control in produce section.
My Dole celery showed up as Roxy, with brown nasty slimy juice, same with my "fresh" lettuce. showed up in a crammed bag of nasty and colors that I or any normal person shouldn't expect with lettuce. the garlic is cracked and dehydrated. Is it just a race? grab grab grab. Its time to have more reaonsibke peoppe make the better judgement moves for the company. not someone who eats pop tarts and pizza rolls to live their life.
I always order this garlic and receive whole, individually wrapped heads, like the one in the center. I ordered six today, and I got one normal head of garlic, and five tiny little things. It looks like they opened sleeves of the garlic we specifically avoid in order to fill the order. No substitution notification on my order. What is this?
the garlic I ordered was bad, you can tell by the brownish/purple tint on the outside but just in case I cut a few open and they are definitely bad. I would like a replacement on my next order or return if possible.
I ordered four fresh garlic %26 I only received one and I just double checked it's only one in the whole bag and all the bags.
