I love the size. It packs a lot of good feature in such a small package!!
It's small so it doesn't block my view. It's very easy to set up and use. Most importantly it gets date and time information from your phone so you never have to worry about an internal battery failing.
I highly recommend this product. It's compact you can order through Donglar technologies an adapter to plug into your rear view mirror (if the mirror is electric) For simple installation without having to run wires around the headliner . The device is small and mounts unnoticeable behind the rear view mirror ( which doesn't draw attention to the fact that you have a dash cam most , people won't even see it ) . 1080 p resolution and if you download Garmins app to your smartphone it sends photos & video to your smartphone , via Bluetooth. Also has a parking mode monitoring your vehicle while you are away. In today's world digital video is better than your word verses theirs as to who caused the accident. Best bang for your buck .
Easy install. Reasonable price for a Top Quality brand dash cam with high-quality 1080p HD footage. I installed a 256GB micro SD card but it supports up to 512GB! Many hours of usage with excellent results. The Garmin software for your smartphone makes this even better.

My first dash cam, received it on Christmas Eve 2020. Nice sharp video recorded on initial test drives both daylight and surprising good at night (see photos taken from video). Not that hard to set up and use since I found a helpful video on YouTube "Garmin Dash Cam Mini Owner's Review".
Small and mighty camera, hidden behind the rear view mirror and out of sight. Picture quality is good and in constant recording mode when vehicle is moving. The only drawback is the cellphone app, it is sluggish and sometimes would fail to connect. I guess the only viable option is either to connect the camera with a computer directly or simply pull out of SD card to read on a computer on recorded clips.
I just wish i could see what i was recording so i knew it was recording where I needed
I bought this dash cam and it didn't work. I returned it for another one and that one didn't work either. This cam has to connect to your device, but it doesn't want to stay connected to WiFi. It would record a 1 minute video, then not record for 15 minutes, then record another 1 minute video. The point of a dash cam is to record everything so that I can use it to defend myself in court if given a ticket or if I am involved in an accident.
over-heated, not original packaging, would not update software, returned immediately.! extremely unsatisfied with product.
