I love my new Nuvi 65LM. It is very easy to read the big screen. My husband laughs at me because it's so much bigger than my old one. He calls it my "geriatric gps." But I don't care because I can finally see it without wearing glasses. It comes with a great windshield suction holder that's easy to put on and take off. I haven't used it that much, but in the few times I have, it's been accurate and the voice commands sound good and clear. I only wish it came with a carrying case.
I no longer have to worry about getting lost with this GPS. I love the fact that it shows upcoming gas stations and eateries. You can also tell it to avoid certain areas (aka, construction, dirt roads, etc...) Overall, I am very happy with this product.
I love this new GPS, it does way more then my older model Garmin did and I really like that I can get updated maps now. That was the reason I chose this model, my old one was dependentable but the maps were old, This new model has traffic and school zone warning that I really like. This unit will work out great with my search for a new house in another state.
I haven't had it long enough to give it a proper review. The only bad thing about it is I can't update my maps. You need a high speed internet connection and the only Internet access I have is Wifi at work. Now, I have to see if anybody will let me use their hard-wired connection at their home. As advanced as Garmin is - you'd think it would be easy to do a map update. But, it isn't!
The unit works great. My husband loves the larger screen. His only complaint is that it doesn't recalculate fast enough while you're driving (otherwise would have given it 5 stars). I feel better knowing that even though he's more directionally challenged then I, this unit always gets him home safely!
The good: Large screen. Accurate directions for all known locations. Secure mounting. Clear speech. The Bad: No FM transmission (previous Nuvi transmitted thru car radio). Short battery life. Overall, it is a solid performer for auto use. Highly recommend for automobiles. I bought a refurb unit and opted for the 2 year extended warranty.

The Garmin works well. However, it was bought brand new. I was expecting it to have everything up to date, but it was not. Tried to make us turn the wrong way on a busy one-way street. Evidently the road was widened and made into a one way, but GPS was not updated to show that. Could have been very dangerous if we had listened to it. I would have appreciated it if a brand new GPS was updated.
the product was not as described it supposed to come with lifetime maps and traffic it only came with maps. I tried to contact them by email but have not heard anything back
I bought this as new. it came to me as refurbished. when I ordered it nothing was said about it being refurbished . if I knew this I would not have ordered it. contacted customer service and was told I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping and a restock fee.
