This smartwatch is a gift from my wife, it looks great, feels confortable and have a lot of useful features and apps, I just love it!. Even I'll try to build a custom WatchFace, I saw an article and appears to be easy.
I got this smart watch for Christmas to replace my previous Garmin watch, a Vivoactive 3. With this watch, Garmin had finally caught up with other smart fitness watch manufacturers while simultaneously undercutting most of their prices. The 4, while similar in style to the 3, looks a lot classier and modern than its predecessor. The functionality is fantastic and more user friendly than the 3. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this watch. Highly recommended!
Was very skeptical about "smart" watches from the get go. However, now that I have one and use it daily. I have become more grateful for it. Daily reminders to stand up and walk around help. I love all the features Vivo active 4 has to offer. Definitely have recommended it to others as well.
Upgraded to the 4 after loosing the HR version on a scuba trip. Love this watch. The face I am using has every piece of info available and is still very readable!
I've had this watch for a few weeks now and I must say it has all the features I need. My work requires me to be in decent condition and although I would run a few times a week, only recently I started running longer distances and tracking my progress. This is my first time delving into GPS watches and vivoactive 4 has helped me learn how to pace myself depending on the distance I'm doing. All the other features are very useful specially because I am a surfer by heart.
Really love this watch! I use it for all my workouts and meditation sessions. My only knock is the music set up is not as good as I had thought. I don't have subscriptions to Spotify or the other one so makes it very difficult to have songs on watch. Also, I have the Approach S62 which for golf, is slightly better with the extra options, however, Vivo is so much easier switching hole to hole. If you only want distance to green (front, center, back) on golf GPS then Vivo is perfect! If you are looking for a watch that has hazards, carry and such the S62 is better for you.
Garmin have a good reputation for quality products and the Vivoactive 4 has been my main watch until the last automatic update. Now it WILL NOT TURN ON. The same thing happened to my wifes vivoactive 4. Both are now unusable. We have tried all possible workarounds but now considering another brand.
Purchased this watch to track my daily exercise and activities. I need to have GPS to track my activities. I applied all the battery saving suggestions, the battery hardly lasts for 1.5 days (36 hours).
While initially excited about this device based on positive reviews, I found it disappointing overall. The GPS connection is consistently unreliable during my runs, causing frustration. Most notably, the device completely shut down on the day of my first-ever marathon, leaving me feeling terribly disappointed. Additionally, the battery life falls short of expectations, requiring frequent recharging. Despite the glowing reviews, my experience suggests that they may not accurately reflect the device's performance.
On the description was a 45mm watch and I received a 40mm. Too small for me. The watch didn't came on the original box and looks like a used watch or somebody returned. Looks like refurbished.
