I swapped to micellar water several years ago. It works great for taking eye makeup off, even waterproof liner. I use traditional face cleanser for when I have foundation on, but in the mornings or when I've only put on eye makeup I use this and have been very happy with it. I wash then rinse it off before applying moisturizer.

I love Garnier products. They're reasonably priced and good for my sensitive skin. Works well at removing makeup. I don't wear mascara so I can't comment on that, but for everything else, it's good.
I keep this product always at my house. It's great for removing make up and very mild. We use on our grandbabies faces after they doll their self up. It also helps remove face painting.
I bought these to use with Micellar water to use as a gentle face cleanser/makeup remover. I clean off foundation and mascara daily, then a quick wash by hand to clean the pad and it seriously looks brand new again! My makeup has not stained it yet. Plus this feels so soft on my face, unlike disposable products that I've used in the past. Why'd I wait so long to buy these? Yes I highly recommend

Once I was introduced to Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water, I quickly qave up the habitual use of facial wipes. This product (as opposed to so many facial wipes) removes ALL traces of makeup. I no longer wake to greasy smudges of leftover mascara (aka-'raccoon eyes'). I have tried all Garnier versions of Micellar Water and love them all. The brightening version does as promised- leaving skin smooth, bright, and more evenly toned. Also, as it does not take much of this product to completely cleanse full face makeup applications, there is the added benefit of the large size bottle lasting a good while. This product works better than wipes, at a qreat price.
I was pleased to notice the Micellar in a great size and quality. I would definitely recommend Garnier skin care products.
I love this brand and I enjoy the charcoal gel micellar water! I got this little bottle to put in my bag. As soon as I put it on my cotton pad and then to my skin, this overwhelming moldy smell permeates around the room! It is very very strong. I did do some research and found others were experiencing this but it had been a few years since this happened. I am really confused. It doesn’t smell in the bottle that I can tell but there is no batch number nor an expiration date on the bottle.
