Absolutely fantastic. The perfect compilation of track , to solidify Garths long awaited return. Only Garth can deliver such an amazingly beautiful collection Can only say GARTH HAS NOT LOST HIS TOUCH.
Great to have new tunes from Garth. The song "Mom" is amazing. You must listen closely to the words. Very touching.
I have been waiting for this album! On repeat since it arrived on my door step. I have been a fan of Garth since the early 90's...this album covers it all. Best songs in my opinion: All American Kid, Cold Like That, Midnight Train and Tacoma. His voice hasn't changed in all these years. So excited to have our Garth back!
We've waited 14 years for Garth to release a new album, and he doesn't disappoint with the release of Man Against Machine. Ballads, Old fashioned swing, love songs, tear jerkers, cowboy songs, he's got it all included, and proves why he's the king of country. The standout songs are Tacoma, People Loving People, Send Em On Down The Road, the title song, and the tear jerker Mom. It's certainly a must buy for any Garth Brooks fan, Country music fan, or just a fan of great music in general.
Man Against Machine is proof that time has not left Garth Brooks behind! This cd can stand up against any of his early works and hold its own. From the first song which really rocks to the last song which has an awesome bluesy feel it is so fun! So glad to have waited all these years for new music from Garth...it was well worth the wait!
Everything you've always loved about Garth is back!
I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present as she is a big Garth fan. I personally think his music style needed to be updated to today's country music tempo, however, this CD is a good option for any country or Garth fan.
Garth in 2014. Modern country with a little flair. Takes a couple times listening to this to enjoy it like the Gart we are used to. But it grows on you. I like it
I what to say now I love Garth Brooks. This CD is not as good as his other ones are. For me the best song on this CD is mom. The music on this CD is very loud and you can't make out what he is saying. I am very disappointed with this one from Garth Brooks.
