I love the grill, it is great! I did get the free assembly as it was recommended in all other reviews! They did a good job and it just took one day.
I have used this grill most every day. Love to cook outside, and this one is big enough to cook a lot of things at one time, plus the side burner is handy. I will be grilling through the winter months. I love this product and bought another for a close friend.
This is one the best grills I have owned and its awesome. Its heats up very fast and everything I cook gets done really quickly in no time at all. Great grill-----Two thumbs up
We where lucky enough to catch this one on sell at the store. Instructions detailed but lengthy. Get the free assembly you may wait but it be worth. It took us right @ three hours to assemble. But since I have really enjoyed it.
This grill has a lot of bang for the buck. Heats evenly and hold temperature. While the assembly is quite lengthy, the instructions are clear and straight foreword. I suggest you ice down a 6 pack of adult beverages and set aside 2+ hours for first time assemble. Cheers, Rick
We bought our grill Memorial Day weekend, within the week the handle had broke off. We took it back and exchanged the handle for a new one. Then Labor Day weekend the handle broke again the same exact way and now it is to late to take it back. The handle is obviously needed to open the grill and now the grill is virtually unusable unless I find someway to "rig" a handle. I am disapointed. I didn't expect all that much out of a 170.00 grill but, I expected it to last at least one year. I think that anyone that is buying a uniflame should either just buy the cheapest one that is easily replacable when the handle falls of or fork out the big bucks for a real grill.
We bought this grill on clearance. It took a little over an hour to put together. The instructions weren't as detailed as they should have been, otherwise it wouldn't have taken so long. We found that most of the grill was plastic, including the wheels. It is hard and inconvenient to move. The grill part of it works decently. We burned our first steak, but we can't blame that on the grill! Overall, this grill wasn't worth the full price, but since we got it reduced-we got what we paid for!
putting this grill together was a pain in the rear, the instructions were just horrible, when all is said and done get the free assembly!!
We bought this grill 2 years ago, and the burner element and gas tubes have completely rusted out. Granted, we live in FL with high humidity, but now need to replace the grill. At approximately $85 per year, this is pretty costly. This time we are getting a Coleman charcoal grill that will be less expensive and last longer.
I bought a uniflame grill 1 year and 3 days ago. It is a 3 burner grill which i need because there are 6 of us to cook for. The grill sits on my porch out of the rain and the burner is already rusted out. i have had many grills in the past and I got at least 5 years out of them. This is uncalled for. I have been looking for the part for 1 hour now and cant locate it.
