It's sure is fun to workout on this equipment very easy to use.
great product, i just wanted something i could use at home and still get a good workout, the gazzelle does just that!
Easy to assemble, fun to work out on and great price!
If I did not have my friend to set this up I would never have gotten it set up. He struggled with the instructions at different part of the guide but finally got it s et up (a few pieces were duplicated). I finally got onto the gazelle last night and loved it. A little different from the gym ellipticals but for the price was great! I watched TV while I used it and the time flew by. For the price, I would recommend it!
I purchased the Gazelle Edge Pro after reading about all the Gazelle machines and reviews. It was rated for 250 lbs. and I thought it might not be very sturdy compared to the other models rated for 300 lbs. It is very sturdy and well made. The computer is fine and similar to one I had before on a treadmill. The main differences (comparing it to the Freestyle model) is that the Gazelle Edge Pro does not have a water bottle and holder that I don't really need and the weight limit. Also, the Pro is approximately $50.00 less and has Grip Pulse technology versus a thumb pulse monitor on the Freestyle. The weight limit is fine for me. My husband put it together easily in about 40 minutes and said the instructions could be more detailed. It is very quiet. I just received my machine, therefore, I cannot comment on any results from its use.

My only complaint... I cannot get the calorie, time and heart rate monitor to always work. When It stops working I have to take it off and realign a piece that's on the inside. I haven't tightened something enough when putting it together, I think. Hopefully I figure it out.
I would give the device a perfect rating, except for one drawback: The heart rate monitor is so inaccurate as to render it useless. I recommend this device to anyone who wants a good cardio-vascular workout. But don't pay extra for the heart rate (pulse) upgrade. The device is of sturdy construction and is an excellent alternative to an ellipse for anyone with limited space in his/her residence. It's also inexpensive compared to an ellipse.
The product arrived quickly, even before the date I was given when I checked out. When it arrived, I had to sign for it because the box was semi-crushed on one end. I do not know if this was from the delivery service or if it shipped out in that condition. Either way, the interior packaging is good and the machine was not damaged or affected in any way by the condition of the box. Assembly was easy, it even included two 12mm wrenches for assembly. There has been an upgrade that it ships with, and you will need a phillips head screwdriver for that, which they do not include, but the upgrade is a nice feature because while they call it an "improvement", it looks like the function is so you don't pinch your fingers where the handle bars swing at the axle. I have used the machine 4 times now since it arrived last week, and it allows fun, cardio workouts. My legs are nice and sore and I can tell I will like this. The machine is also nice and compact, so it will fit in wherever you need it. While it folds, it is small enough that I will just leave it "workout ready". If you fold it and store it you might be less likely to use it. The computer sent with the machine works well, and there are even batteries included. I really like the heartbeat/pulse sensor. While more of a tracker and not really a computer, the electronic device will certainly be of great assistance throughout the life of the machine. I hope the computer lasts long as I hope the machine does as well. The only thing that is a disappointment was the DVD. I got an error message on my DVD player saying "error-cannot read disk" or something like that. I know the DVD player works because we tested it out with several movies after getting that message. So I am unable to see the workout video and whatever else is on that DVD. I could call and deal with customer service, but I have yet to do that. Hopefully their customer service would be prompt, courteous and exceeding expectations, because the product would have too if it were not for the DVD issue. The machine does ship with guides about nutrition and exercise, so that kind of offset the fact that the DVD did not work. The DVD issue is the only reason I gave the product 4 stars. If the DVD would have worked, it would have been 5 full stars, it is that good. Oh well, everyone gets a dud from time to time I guess.
It works great and all the features make for an easy yet pleasurable exercise. Compact and easy to put away when not in use. Only concern was the left cover hole had metal covering it so couldn't get the screw in. After removing the excess metal, the screw is too small so the bottom cover piece will not go on. luckily it's a cosmetic piece and does not impact the unit itself. Delivery was horrendous but that has nothing to do with the unit either, so will holster that for mail carrier
