This shredder was purchased for a busy Finance Office and has met accolades all around. It is extremely quiet, readily shreds the 20 pages that are reported for this model, and best of all--is very easy to empty without finding paper bits all over the carpet. Sam's pricing was the most competitive, beating the other quotes by approx. $350.
