This AC is outstanding. I have a smaller sized apartment (around 900 sq ft) but this AC works perfectly for our living room. I only use it on the low setting and the air that comes out is amazing and cold. Also, no bugs have made their way in which is an issue I had with my last AC. The only “con” may be the noise level for some people. It's truly not that loud of an AC in my experience but it might be for others. Overall 10/10! Buy it!
Love this AC. It was reasonably priced. Does a great job of cooling quickly set at 70-72°. It's not noisy. I like the looks of it, I got it in black. I like the blue lighting. It's easy to connect to wifi and works well through a phone app, Alexa or its remote. It was shipped quickly. The box was slightly damaged, but the unit was fine.
This 10000 btu unit blows much more air than my old 12000 btu! Of course that means it is a bit louder, but it keeps my place cooler with the added benefit of using less amperage than my old, bigger unit, so I'm fine with it being louder. The wifi was easy to connect, the app is a bit clunky at times (could be my old phone and OS) but it gets the job done. I'm very happy with this A/C, it cools better than I could have hoped.

very good air conditioner. the only bad thing I don't like is very noisy, only that after very good and cools well.
Air conditioner works awesome it's perfect for my bedroom! The remote works great u just don't know what ur setting it on unless ur close enough to unit to see it! (If I have to get up to see what to put it on then There's no need for the remote!) I didn't buy it for the remote I would have purchased it anyway!
Item arrived late and ground plug was broken - I need to figure out how to have it replaced by another unit
Worked great for 1 month then started linking water and stopped getting cold. You can hear compressor going off/on, fortunately I bought warranty, but does not refund taxes on unit.... what a burn.
