Product has lot of options and easy to operate. No noise and heating the item evenly
The microwave heats food very well. The design makes it easy to get food in and out. Very easy to remove and clean the tray and insides.
It functions great and having a new microwave is great. The microwave we replaced was a GE and that's part of the reason we replaced it with a new GE.
I love the beautiful, stainless steel exterior. I also like the fact that the inside is dark and not white so if in case it does get dirty, you don't see it as soon as you would as if it was white. I love all the different functions keypad is very easy to use and it heats food very quickly and consistently .

Just got it, but it looks so easy to use. I use the microwave on a regular basis and it was important to me that it'd be easy to use and it appears to have lived up to what I hoped. So far so good!
Until recently this micowave has been fairly decent. Has always seemed to heat things on the low side but has been trouble free. But as of this morning there seems to be something that has come loose inside the door. I don't know what this item is as nothing like this is shown on GE website on the door parts diagram.
In less than 30 days the key pad stopped working. Right now I am working with local retailer to fix my microwave. If not, I hope GE will step in and make this right
Key pad stopped working the first week. Only the 30 second key works. I'm working with the retailer. They have a keypad on order. I decided on GE because it was a reliable product in many different appliances. Not so sure now.
We built a new home and other than the handle peeling-the microwave is great. When you spend the money and go with a trusted brand and this happens-it's frustrating!!!!! Why they put such a cheap handle on a nice microwave-I have no idea. Now-have to figure out if it's worth trying to get another handle or buy another microwave after spending money on this one. Should be a recall on this
