Perfect for our small space, heats quickly, clean look
This top is perfect for my new small home don't have a lot of room so it works perfectly.
Bought this because it was the only cooktop I could find that fit in our space constraints. Price was ridiculous but didn't have any other choice. Unit is very underpowered, the smaller element is barely able to boil water unless you have a tiny pot and even then it takes forever. After about 2 months, one of the three indicator lights failed. Another couple months in and a second one failed. GE's brilliant engineers put LEDs next to a heating element and somehow thought they'd last. I've replaced all three with neon bulbs now, and learned how to make due with the low power, but for a thousand dollars, I'm definitely not pleased.
Lights that indicate when you turn it on stopped working after 1.5 years is using it. Very disappointed. I made it a point to purchase a GE appliance and now I regret it.
