Great. Installation is easy. Original product was damaged but was replaced with no problem
Love it it looks amazing and works perfectly made my kitchen so sleek
Replaced my old periscoping fan with this updated one. Smooth installation instructions and Vent flexibility. New fan is much quite and works great
installation went fine until we tested it and the fan inside the motor was loose and fell out and was scraping against the side so I had to take the cover off put the fan and tighten it down and it worked fine. Other than that I would've been five stars.
very hard to install, had to remove cooktop bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Nice feature to have but i would have prefered to have a up draft
Not high enough nor strong enough. It doesn't reach taller pots and doesn't have the power to pull out smells
Only used 2 x and it quit working. Causes a draft across my island counter Which is very cold in winter and steamy in the summer
Product arrived with broken part. GE is unable to get replacement part in shorter than 3 months. So, unless we want to double purchase (but a new one) we have a half-finished kitchen. Not great. I don't know how it works because we can't install it with broken part.
So far, it stinks. I hope to be surprised that repair is better than product inspection at the factory.
