We are very pleased with this product. We have teenagers and needed a product to warn us in the event they should try to sneak out or have others sneak in. It was very easy to put up and use. We bought the center, signal repeater, and several of the door/window sensors. I highly recommend it if you have teens also.
this alarm is great! it 's so easy to use I didn't have much trouble setting it up and it's loud my friend set it off and the neibors came and checked to see if a burglar broke in to the house i am planning on getting a garage door sensor so no one can steal a bike from the garage again and a water leak sensor for the garage because the garage got flooded when the water line broke and an extra siren for outside so all the neibors can hear the alarm and call the police
I installed the complete system in less than 2 hours. Supposedly it works but it has not been put to "actual test" as of today.
This product is very useful. I use everyday before and after i get home. The only thing is i wish it came with more than just a window/door sensor. The accessories for the alarm system are the cheapest ones out there, compared to the other ones on walmart.com. I definitely recommend this product!!!
If you're looking for a basic security system for your home, this one is great. I got the door sensors and two motion sensors and they both work great. Great value for something that makes me feel safer!
It took a while to change the password and would like it if the control center could be mounted ,and if it had more that 4 digits for the password, also if it could tell which sensor in each zone was going off. But it works good and is easy to install. If you want a cheap security system that can cover your whole house but no police notification get it. For your whole house to be covered it costs $120-200 so its reasonable
Only 12 of the 16 devices can be used for alarm the remaining 4 are for notification only. The unit was hard to change the password ( it took several trys). The additional window/door units required to complete the system were not availible since Wal-mart removed them from the website. This made the unit useless and I returned the whole thing.
