Love this washer, it runs very smoothly and sometimes I can't even hear it on! My clothes/other laundry always come out fresh and it's very convenient to have many different settings to choose from. The app that makes you able to control it remotely is even better! 10/10 in my opinion and cannot wait to buy the matching dryer!

So far, so good! Replaced a top load Whirlpool which failed after 14 months. This machine is a total upgrade. Quiet! Efficient! I have run through most of the many options and am pleased with the performance.
Love the features on this washer, its beyond quiet and you can see and feel the quality. We looked at several other brands and this one stood out to us and out needs. Its a great addition to our GE Kitchen appliances we did a year ago. The WIFI feature on both the washer and dryer was a bonus for the Wife.

Love my GE washer. I love the size, I have grandchildren who stay with me often so I wash a lot of clothes. It can handle large loads and washes sneakers very well.
Like the ultra fresh vent feature a lot. However, there is a water hammer every time the water flow stops in the machine. Also the spin makes the floor vibrate a bit too much.
I hate this product with a passion. I don't know where the detergent goes, straight down the drain I believe. I have to use a flashlight to actually see the machine in action and on the "normal" cycle I see wet clothes spinning around for the whole long cycle. When it's finished the clothes don't smell any fresher than when it started. I use the same Tide detergent I did in my old washer. The only cycle it lets me add more water is the delicate cycle. There is a loud clunk when the water cuts off. Did not happen with my previous washer. The machine stinks even though I follow all the instruction including the 8 hour venting. The machine also shakes after about the 10 time I used it. I never had an issue with doing laundry. Now I hate the chore. Would rather go to a laundromat where at least I can see soap and my clothes getting wet.
After only 14 months (two months after the warranty ended), it quit washing and spinning. Basically, it fill with water and does nothing else. I had to hand wring out the wet cloth and it smells terrible inside the machine because a repair person cannot come for 5 more days. Horrible experience. Bad choice!
