So far so good. As of writing this we have done 5 loads and we couldn't be more impressed. The features are great really excited about the auto soap dispenser will probably pay for its self very fast. Also the clothes are a lot dryer when finished so less time in the dryer more time and electricity savings.
I absolutely love this machine! This was the easiest purchase to make. It was a no-brainer for me. The idea that it was protect against mold is genius and the primary reason I purchased that there is nothing worse than mold in your machine! I love the way it cleans my clothes. I love the feature of where I can wash and dry and outfit in one machine. It's just a fantastic machine all around!
All women like nice things, and this washer and dryer is so nice! I like this as much as my diamond ring! The features are amazing and it is so quiet! My husband said that is not spinning, and I turn the light on. It is spinning so fast you could not see it and quietly!
This washer is such a great machine! I've only been used to using basic models my whole life and this blows them all away 100%. All the features work as advertised and clothes are fresh.
This washer is beautiful and very quiet. The wash times are shorter than my last washer and it does a better job. I love the smart detergent dispenser and the fact that I do not need to worry about unbalanced loads or a smelly washer.
I love my new washer. It's a pretty blue and the best thing about it, it has a soap reservoir. I don't have to fill it until it tells me to. It also has a wenting mode to release all the leftover water. I recommend this brand of washer.
This thing is HUGE. I'm a massage therapist and laundry is a huge part of keeping a spa going. This baby will run 5 sets of sheets (similar size to twin) and have enough room to let them properly spin and wash and they come out sparkling clean. Love all the features. Still fairly new, but so far I'm loving it. Will update in a few months.
I really wanted to love this machine. The look and color are greatly appreciated and the matching dryer is a solid four stars (but beware, it does not come with a drying rack, nor can you purchase one for this model other than a strap to the door net pouch). But that's just about where the appreciation stops. I've had this machine for approximately four months and it has managed to be a constant source of frustration. The auto fill limits water level so much that I have to add, four or five big gulp cups of water to the drum for the wash cycle for a large load. Then to make life even more difficult, at least 30+% of the time (loads of all sizes) the washer shuts off presumably because it gets out of balance during the spin cycle, and I have wet clothes sitting in the drum without a code on the front panel to explain. But guess what? If I'm not there when it happens, I don't know if it got out of line and shut off after the spin when the load was being washed or the spin after the rinse, so l end up having to do a complete rinse and spin which is a total waste of the water and electricity the machine is allegedly designed to save. I also ALWAYS select the extra rinse function because there's not enough water in the rinse cycle autofill to effectively get soapy water out and I can't/won't/shouldn't have to babysit and add water to the rinse cycle too. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, it would be a disaster. How is this water saving? Just give me a decent water level from the get and conservation would be better served. To be transparent, I bought this machine because it was one of the few with the reversible door-and my washing machine has to be posted to the right of the dryer because of the sink location. Most dryers have reversible doors but not the washers. Had I known what a piece of junk this machine would be, I would have simply worked around the door that was in the way on a different brand like I did with my Sam-u-g that lasted 13 years and cancelled cycles due to being out of balance maybe four or five times the whole time I used it. If you don't mind constantly referring to the manual (operations are not intuitive) and troubleshooting issues, manually adding extra water and babysitting every load you wash, go for it —otherwise learn from my mistake. I miss my old washer I could set and forget. Whenever I do laundry now I feel ripped off every load I do because I have to think about how much I paid for the utter inconvenience of this inefficient, undependable joke of a washer I'm stuck with for a while. It will, undoubtedly flake out as soon as the warranty expires. Go figure.
So far, I am on # 3 of my brand new washer that was a lemon. Water leaked from the top through the electrical panel and also from the bottom of the door. Had it scheduled to be taken back and a new one delivered. Upon delivery of# 2, it didn't even make it into the house as it was scratched up and dented. So, kept #1 until yet another replacement could be delivered. Meanwhile, I just unplugged the first one while not in use. Well, another new washer was delivered yesterday. This one won't even turn on. When I open the detergent drawer, the light keeps blinking and that's all it does. So, here I am again, bought the set June 22, 20023 and still have no washer! They are supposedly sending a repairman out tomorrow. They can try and see what this issue is, but I still want a brand new one that works, I paid a lot of money for this set. I can't believe GE would make something this shoddy, nor can I believe I'm the only person this has happened to. Have I been sold refurbished appliances ???? 3 washers since June….. all defective one way or another! Also, we were well within a 3 day period after installation of these, since I called the store the very same day they were delivered.
Constant problems. We have to run extra spin cycles to make sure cloths are not still dripping wet and often it won't spin “high” or “max” it just tumbles. WiFi won't connect to try to do updates and wifi into rubbed off the sticker anyway.
