This window AC unit works very well, I installed it in my master bedroom. It's quiet and pretty unique.
(5,000 BTU unit) I purchased this excellent item for my trailer which is 6×12. It works fine to cool down the space. It is very clean looking being in all black and i am ecstatic about this unit being below 500w so that i can power it via solar. Yes it did come dented on top. Its the truth but the unit runs perfect. I spoke with Walmart about the issues many people were having about receiving the incorrect item. I was informed it rarely happens and not to worry about it because if it did come to that, i could return it and have the correct one shipped to me with no extra charge to myself. Just the assurance was swell enough to make this purchase confident that i would consider another online purchase from Walmart. Instore is a whole different story
Great window unit thus far.
I am so very happy with my AC unit works amazing. I bought two other kind of AC not did not work. I really like the price and having the remote helps so I don't need to get out of bed to turn it off if I gets to cold. It is not that loud helps me sleep great. Also fit in my window well. I live in Florida I put in the back on the outside of the unit the fiberglass bug screen so that the no-see-ums bugs or any other kind of bugs can ruin the AC unit it is also fireproof to protect it.
You get what you pay for its just a basic air conditioner could fit in the window a little better not a problem if you just seal the edges with tape though. I love the controls and it does get cold pretty fast took a while when it first started but ever since it has been normal. Sound isn't too loud I can sleep with it being about five feet from my bed. Would recommend came with all the parts to secure the unit in the window you just need a drill.
The air conditioner works great for my 7'wx8'lx8'h office. It's a bit noisy but overall cools the space in about 5 minutes. The only downside to this purchase is the backside of the air conditioner was damaged. I don't know if was like that from factory or delivery.
It work fine for about 2 days but now it keeps on shutting off.. is this suppose to be happening?
The delivery was on tome but left in front of my apartment door. It should've been a ring at the doorbell. It is a nice air conditioner i love the looks , i haven't set it up yet waiting for a private insulation. I also noticed a few dents on the refrigerant part of the back. It shouldn't be there i will further review or contact customer service of any problems should it be.
So its October 15th, I just got this unit on May 20th, FIVE MONTHS AGO! The compressor sometimes didnt click on but I figured it was because it has reached the temperature. Today I went to turn it on and NOTHING! I unplugged, used the reset but, the panel lights up all lights then it goes black. It wont turn on!!! We didnt use the unit all the time. Only for sleeping, as it was in our bedroom.
They never shipped it fed ex lost I think news need to be interviewed n make it virtual
