This is my first major purchase and I love this dryer. It makes you feel like you're at the laundry mat. It's sleek and quiet and you can use the app to start and stop drying your clothes.
We have had our washer and dryer for a few days and they have done everything that we asked of them. Love the auto laundry detergent loading. They seem to be well made and very sturdy.
Beautiful looking and I really love the features. Especially the detergent, that cuts my time down a ton. No more opening and closing cabinet doors to pull out the heavy bottle every load. The Bluetooth between the washer/dryer to let it know how long to dry is also amazing.
Absolutely love it best dryer ever never had a brand new one.
Great features and runs amazing. The only concern that has been noticed is the amount of shaking the machine makes in spin cycle as the load is uneven.
Works great. I hate ironing my clothes. This thing saves me the trouble.
We never regret purchasing this dryer plus the washer. As per my wife who mostly uses the appliance says it is quiet and dependable, nice features as well but we are still reading the manual for the other aspect of the machine since we only have it for a month. Our major appliances are all GE and we love it.
I am happy with my dryer this far. It dries efficiently, has not increased my costs in utilities but I love the various features and cycles that can be utilized allowing me more efficient drying times. Still learning all of the options on the dryer but it works really well and does not leave you where the cycle finishes but your items are still damp issues and now you start over - not with this dryer - fully dry, towels fluffy, and good to go!
Dryer was not working for a month, instolation was not done properly. They installed it incorrectly which caused the power and outlet to go not working.
I'm having a problem with this model tearing buttons off our clothing. This is occurring whether I dry my clothes inside out or not and on multiple items of clothing with varying materials. In one case the button was completely destroyed. In another, the button was torn through the shirt along with the thread leaving a gaping hole in the fabric. The damaged button occurred when I dried the shirt inside out in an attempt to prevent this from happening again. I believe the vent trap has a design flaw and the holes are too big allowing for buttons to be caught and removed by the tumbling force.
