I wanted to wait to review my product until I had used it a bit. I must say it is a great value for the money. It gets the dishes, very clean, completely dry, and is easy to load and empty. This is even with the one hour setting. I combine the one hour setting with the energy boost. So far, this is a good purchase experience.
Seems very quiet. I'm very impressed. I wish that the owner's manual had more illustrations and explanations because there's an item that came with it that looks like it's for holding Chopsticks but I don't know exactly how to install it or how to use it.
Good value for the price. Easy to install. Runs fairly quiet. Easy to use controls. The bottom rack jumps off and gets stuck making it difficult to close (not every time but often enough to make this comment)
I bought it to be able to use rinse only cycle but it's too complicated to figure out how I'm reading instructions but that is even more confusing the regular was cycle takes way to long. And when I canceled it because it was so long it didn't use the heated dry. I'm hoping I can figure out how to use it because I can't return it 😞 I like the old fashioned simple ones better
We bought this dishwasher in October 2023 and it looks nice and washes dishes fine. However, we are extremely disappointed in the quality of the racks. The prongs that hold the dishes in place are breaking off and rust is showing through and getting on the dishes. We are not hard on the dishwasher and feel this is just very poor workmanship as it should last much longer than 4 months.
Top and bottom racks have completely rusted in less than 1.5 years. It's absolutely disgusting. I'm having to wash dishes by hand until we figure something out.
I hate this dishwasher. It's loud, doesn't seem to do a very good job cleaning and doesn't dry well. I've got over 10 spots where the coating on the racks is separated and rust is showing. The dishwasher has been operating for just under a year…spend a little more and get a better dishwasher.
Almost immediately the heating element came off burning the tub not long after I repaired that the lower wash arm melted and won't wash at all. I see other people with melted lower wash arms also.
Since I still had bisque colored appliances when my dishwasher went out, it was cheaper and easier to get the more popular stainless steel. I did not realize that this particular model had an issue with discoloration when touched. I now have to buy the stainless steel cleaner and hope that removes the discoloration marks from the replacement I had to order. The discoloration would not come out of the first order. I also don't like the cheap plastic interior. I guess I should have checked it out more thoroughly. My old dishwasher had the hard rubber interior and the tub was larger. I am now concerned that the utensils draging along the side of the interior will do damage over a short period of time. I was not aware of the third utensil rack which would have been a better option. I was going to move the utensil holder to the front of the dishwasher but I was afraid that moving utensils during the wash would cause a problem with the detergent door opening. Had I known about the stainless steal, I would have gone with slate. I am not a fan of black.
My dishwasher failed to work properly the first time I used it. I bought all new appliances for my recently purchased home. After a home warming party I loaded up the dishwasher only to find that it does not clean the dishes nor does it drain the water. No sounds of water draining nor if cycles changing. Truly disappointed.
