I've had my combo microwave a little iver a month, and it does everything I was hoping it would. It has been easy to learn the settings. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of cookbook with recipes and preferred settings for each feature. Otherwise, we are loving it!
Such a classy looking microwave. Can a microwave look classy I might ask? I wasn't sure about the knob and no numbers to touch as with the older models. But it's just fine. It's all about being flexible. The interior is a shiny stainless steel... just beautiful 💖
I replaced a very nice GE Microwave installed in 2007 with this Microwave/ Convection/ Air Fryer and I couldn't be happier. It is a little deeper than my previous model, but it wasn't really noticeable once installed. I have used all of the functions and just love being able to put the Ninja away since I have a much better cooking solution now.
This is an amazing replacement for my old over the cooktop microwave and a welcome addition to the kitchen update to all GE appliances ( Cooktop,Fridge, & Wall Oven ). The additional benefit of the convection and airfryer within the mircowave allows me to take back more counter space as I can now elimate the stand alone (Ninja Airfryer ) cooker and move it elsewhere or pass it on to family/friend.
So far I really enjoy the features, mainly the air fryer. I was a little skeptical of it being an air fryer, but it really works well, and you can adjust it manually to different temperatures, or use its auto features foe common things like chicken wings. I also baked a pizza in it, and was pleased with its results. The fan works very well, and the LED lights really are bright on the high setting which is nice for cooking!
Just had this installed to replace a Kenmore Elite unit. The unit is very nice looking and so far operates nicely. The under lights are wonderful. The manual operation is a little wankey in you have to push cook then enter a timer on a dial then push the dial and then push start. Otherwise a nice microwave
The only reason I give this microwave air fryer convection only four stars; the mfg user manual no help; better yet the mfg should have included a cook book with instructions how use unit. With that being said the microwave does everything well, especially like the led light over the stove; three speed exhaust fan is quiet at lower speeds and work well.
The microwave is a great item. The only problem that I see on the airfrying side convection oven. It doesn't seem to make things golden brown. It does cook. Through meats , Rose, And chicken But But my counter top air fryer seems to do a lot better. They need to do a little work on their technology enricards to the convection oven. Outside of that I can't complain. A little bit pricey. For what it is. One other thing is cooking time on the convection oven takes twice as long to cook over an air fryer..
We purchased this from a big box store, we have not had time to really use it as Florida is our 2nd home. It has less than 5months of use. The turn table is now inoperative. Having two households full of GE appliance's, we have had great success. But this model has failed us. The 2nd over the counter microwave machine to do so. The rest of the GE line has been good, the over the range microwaves, two out of three failing? The math speaks for itself.
We bought hours 5 years ago. The oven did not live up to our expectations. The microwave is fine. Out of nowhere the door handle broke off at both ends. The plastic piece holding the handle onto the door just snapped off. This is absolutely not normal.
