Just received it, but love it so far! Will come back and edit in a little while. I don't mind the sound one bit, but if your laundry space is in the middle of your living space, consider that both the washer and dryer in this set make a fair amount of noise. I think it's kind of unreasonable to expect a machine with such powerful settings to be silent, but if it really bothers you, maybe a different model is best for you. Overall, we love it and the wifi connectivity, while not necessary, is SO nice. I love being notified on my phone when a load is done, in case I have headphones in and can't hear the signal!
Uses much less water than my old top loader and the clothes get so much cleaner!
So far I love this machine! So quiet and so many options!

After buying brand after brand and having them all wear out in just a couple (yes 2) years to a few years we decided to purchase a GE Profile. I am already impressed by the way it cleans my clothes. It isn't loud like our last machine. I absolutely love the custom detergent option. I have heard so many good things about this particular GE washer, I just had to see for myself. It was super easy to install and looks great too! For the capacity of a 4.9 cubit ft washer, it looks huge inside. I look forward to buying the matching dryer soon!
So far so good. We ran half a dozen loads on the first day through this. Large and washed great.

Our new washer is heaven sent, it has great features and love the WiFi connection.
I've had this washer for one month. I chose this model because I wanted one with an agitator and it had good reviews. I've always had LG products but wanted to try another brand. I had no colors preference but the blue was in stock and it is a nice change from boring white. So far the only negative thing is…it is VERY noisy! There are so many clinks and clanks with each step in the cycle. Also the water coming out is also loud. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be if the laundry room was near a bedroom. It cleans well and usually on a much shorter timeframe than my LG. I also like the deep fill option because I feel the clothes just get cleaner with more water.
This product does a good job cleaning. The noise takes some getting use to.
