So far I love this washer. It has a lot of useful options and is easy to operate. I love the deep wash option. I can wash my bulky king bedspread with no problem. You also have several options for the spin cycle which is helpful if you are washing a small or large load.
The washer has been exactly what we needed. It has so many functions that we did not have on previous washers. We are even able to control through app. Definately great option. We are able to use with different detergents and whether pods, powder or liquid detergent.
10/10! The instructed super easy to setup and start using! The can change the soil levels and water temp with just a push of a button. You can also download the app, load the washer, and start it in just enough time so that's it's finished when you get home. It really helps out giving you that head start. I love the detergent tray and how nice and easy it's laid out with everything labeled. The glass top lets me peek in on occasion in case there's an issue (no issues so far but pretty cool to watch). I wish this washer would have been an option when I bought my last one!! I absolutely love the 5cu ft size too, it washes all my bedding perfectly!
I just bought my own place, and wanted to get the newest version of the washer that I had in my apartment because it was the best washer that I had ever had in any of my previous apartments. Glad I stuck with what I knew and loved! My washer has been great so far, and I love the new tech and app features that come with this newer model!
I have had this for 1 month and so far so good. Things to like are it is easy to use and understand the cycle options and to override and make your own cycles. I love the deep fill option, that was not an option on my previous HE washer. Clothes come out smelling clean. The drawer for the detergents is cheap feeling when it slides in and out, but it works. The biggest issue so far is how LOUD it is. I thought my previous was loud but this takes the cake. I cannot run laundry and leave the laundry room door open. This needs improvement in a big way. I have the matching dryer and again it is loud too but other than that no issues, it dries great, many cycles to choose from and an easy lint filter placement.
So far, so good. I have done several loads so far and my clothes and bed linens are coming out nice and clean. The extra-long spin cycle has really cut down on the dry time. My only complaint is that the machine is quite noisy compared to what I'm used to but as long as it continues to perform well, that's okay.
I've had my washer for less than 60days. And I can not load this washer as the old school washer due to it being so sensitive. It already needs servicing. The door won't lock, with a clicking noise as if it's trying. Then suddenly it says the load has ended without washing the load. Super frustrating.
After two years of owning this washing machine, the inside lid which is made of plastic starting falling apart! We are hoping GE will make this right since it is still under warranty.
Terrible very dissatisfied- if I could afford it I'd toss it! I know energy guidelines minimize water usage but this washer doesn't use enough to always wet the clothes much less clean them! I have tried everything suggested by users guide & doesn't help- especially dark clothes leaves white streaks where (I guess?) lint gathers. Usually that only happens if over loaded - not the case here. Wish I had my old washer back!
Washer is garbage. Door breaks, drawer breaks and it doesn't clean well. Stay ways from this brand. I can't replace part and they won't allow me to show pictures. Stay Away!
