Dishwasher heating cycle stopped working at 2 years! Always considered GE a quality and reputable appliance brand. We purchased as a gift for our son. We replaced with a Bosch. I've submitted a few reviews along with this one regarding GE Profile appliances and rust on the surface. We have owned LG appliances for our houses without any issues. I will certainly replace appliances in the future with LG or Bosch.

This dishwasher is a great addition to my kitchen appliances. The finish matches that of my refrigerator, with the recessed handle and elegant look. I've run several loads and had no issues with function or outcome. When my first new dishwasher proved to be faulty, GE authorized a replacement. Happy to have someone else doing the dishes now!

I had a GE dishwasher for 18 years. When it came time to replace reviewed other brands and models and decided on this one. It was installed yesterday (2-16-2023) and used this morning. Absolutely love the level of sound which is zero unless you are standing right next to it and then you can barely tell it is running!

This brand-new dishwasher was a warranty replacement of a previous GE dishwasher. The cables, as noted on YouTube, make a hollow squeaking sound when the door is either opened or closed because they accumulate dust during the manufacture and warehouse storage stage . Application of lubricant to the metal hinges has NO EFFECT on the squeaky cables inside the door panel on each side. If you have a degree in engineering and plenty of time to disassemble the door of your brand-new dishwasher after disconnecting the dishwasher power supply, follow the complex YouTube instructions for cleaning the dirt accumulated on the cables of your brand-new dishwasher and let me know how that goes!
