This unit is a real help with outdoor cooking. It has space for lots of utensils, seasonings and grill tools, and the sink is a real bonus. Assembly was very easy, instructions very good by and large, although there were instructions and addenda included for two different models which was a bit confusing. A couple of parts don't align quite right, but considering the unit is made of vinyl, it's still pretty sturdy and a good value. All told, a great addition to the outdoor barbecue center. One note, though, it's not water-tight, so rain will get in.
Well, not exactly what we wanted, but it will serve it's purpose, which is to be a "sidekick" for my grill lovin' husband. He grills every day of the year that he can. This cart was time consuming and frustrating to put together, as not of the holes were where they were supposed to be. The pictures of the hardware (screws etc) were hard to comprehend, mostly because there was an extra batch not listed! The parts are labeled though which helped a lot. You cannot leave the trash bag and paper towel holder up due to chances of rain, but otherwise it has a lot of space and "tricks" to it.
This compact BBQ station is packed full of helpful, unique features and is perfect for smaller spaces. Easy assembly. My unit arrived with 1 broken handle, so I contacted the manufacturer (in MN) and 2 replacements were shipped to me with no questions. Great bargin!!
This backyard BBQ station comes in a large box, with a lot of pieces! It took me a few hours to put it together, and I highly suggest reading through instructions carefully prior to assembly. Part of the premolded cabinet does not line up well when you putting wheels on unit. We had to use our drill and make 2 holes larger so that rod wheels go through and cabinet were all lined up. Other than those items, it's awesome! Unit is handy for my grilling and serving outside. Worth the work, and the wait!
This bbq station comes in very handy. We use it to store the bag of charcoal, lighter fluid, skewers, seasonings and other bbq utensils. It's nice having a sink outdoors. You don't have to walk in and out of the house to rinse foods off to cook. With the wings folded out, it's more prep space than we expected. It will get wet inside. So we decided to try a grill cover over it (the drawstring kind) and it keeps the water out. Everything stays dry. It wasn't hard to put together, but I did have to drill a hole for the wheel axle. Very satisfied with this product.
Construction: Plastic could be more sturdy where screws go in. Where drain hose connects to adapter for garden hose, needs to be more sturdy. Misc: You will need to buy cover for outdoor storage. Plenty of interchangeable dry sinks. Don't have to worry about rust. When unfolded, it is very sturdy. Great because it is mobile. Doesn't take up much space on deck. Would recommend.
The idea is great but there were some minor snafus in putting it together, holes in the wrong places, no holes where there was supposed to be one and the cutting board was missing from the box I love the unit now that I made the necessaary modifications but it is overpriced by about $50
This item leaked profusely the second time I used it. The seals for the faucet are defective and will eventually fail. It is useless in this state. I have tried to contact the company (Today's Gear Inc) that manufacturers it but they do not answer their phones, respond to email or postal mail after numerous attempts. This company has many complaints from the Better Business Bureau where it resides. -Beware
Had less than 1 month and it leaks likes crazy. Cannot turn water off. Offf On Valve just slows it down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
ordered from walmart.com received order very quick but parts were missing tried contacting backyard gear no success. Walmart very helpful and sent another replacement order received new order with missing parts also. Returning everything for refund. I wouldn't buy anything from BACKYARD GEAR no customer service.
