Upgraded to iPhone 11, the1st thing I had to do was order a protective case, so when the contents of old phone were moved-over, the Crystal Palace cover arrived (fast delivery) and I was ready to go! It's perfect for the 21st-century woman!
The clear clear crystal palace is wonderful. I love that i can see my lavender iPhone 11. It also feels secure in my hand and is very sturdy. I haven't drop it as yet but feel confident that if I do my 11 will be protected. Thank you for an outstanding product.
Pretty much everything as stated, it's a good quality case. The really nice part was how easy it is to install with the installation case they provide. In the past I've dreaded having to change my screen cover because its usually such a pain to install new especially dealing with the air pockets, ugh! Zagg came up with a new and simple method that eliminates the headache. Nice job Zagg!
I have previous experience with Zagg case for iPhone X. I got new 11, but had forgotten how slippery the iPhone can be. Couldn't get new case fast enough! Now feeling more secure. The coating on the back of old case eventually started peeling off, so I'm hoping that has improved!
The case is sturdy and lets the beauty of my iPhone come through. The only issue that I have is that the case doesn't have a slightly different “texture” to make handling the phone easier. In essence, the car is slippery. You have to make sure you have a tight grip when you handle your phone or else it will slip out of your hand.
I'm very pleased with this case. But it loses a star because initially out of the box it was so slippery I could barely pick up or hold onto it. Thankfully, after two weeks of careful handling it has been properly scuffed. The case fit my phone very well, and the buttons on the sides of the phone are properly protected, but work well. My previous case, not the same product, lost its shape and debris would get in at the buttons and opening. No problem with this case.
Love that I can see the color of my phone with this case. However, the case gets slippy and doesn't really have grip. And it shows tons of fingerprints. And I wish that it was a little more heavy duty than it is.
The very first day I put this case on my phone, I dropped my phone. This case is very slippery. The brand new screen protector I had just purchased and put on it cracked. There is not enough of an edge to keep the screen of the phone from hitting the ground when it falls. If you are like me and have kids that use your phone or you are a little clumsy, I would not recommend this product, especially without some type of screen protector.
